The clothes are excellent. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve ordered twice. The first time, they sent me the wrong item and then, when I contacted them they told me they were sending the correct item and to return the incorrect item within five days. I contacted them within that time frame to tell them I’d like to pay for and keep the incorrect item but still wanted the item I originally ordered and paid for sent. However, the item I had ordered had not been sent and was no longer available. They didn’t seem to care. The second time I ordered, they sent me an email saying my order was being prepared to ship. 10 days later, after 2 unanswered emails inquiring about my product, I finally received notification my order had shipped. Both of these orders were gifts. If your ordering for a gift, order very early to account for errors and slowness I’m actually shipping. Again, the clothes are great - just plan on having issues when you order.

Sent me he wrong color shorts, on top of that they had some unknown brown substance all over one draw string. I sent multiple emails to customer service. All they said was “thanks for your support and sorry”.
They didn’t offer to make it right in any way shape or form. Absolute joke of a company.
The employee who handled my customer service issue is making the company and everyone who works with them look bad.
