I’ve loved this plan so far! I’m only 2 weeks in currently so don’t want to post any progress pics but I have already seen a change and am taking snaps along the way! I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who like me is looking to reduce their body fat, it’s got the perfect amount of detail - condensed enough so that it’s informative and intuitive but allows you to quickly snap back and recap mid workout if need be. I will definitely be trying the rest of the range once I’ve expensed this programmes potential.

The leg workouts will test your limits on what you can do and willing to give. These workouts are the workouts you dread but feel amazing afterwards because you know you left it all in the gym. Would recommend to anyone who wants to give it all in the gym everyday.

I was worried about buying a “written program” when I’ve been going to The gym for years. Today was day one and it was legs and abs, my legs were shaking almost uncontrollably by the end of the workout. The amount of sweating you do during the workouts is tremendous. It was a type of workout where it mentally challenged you at the same extent and need to focus on pushing your personal limits. At the end of the day, Bradley has set up a program that WORKS. I mean the guy is straight forward, honest and delivers quality product, give it a shot!!!
